The app was just released, but there are already a boatload of updates and new features:

Email notifications to the parent comment for any reply to their post (optional, checkbox for commenter to choose when they post their comment/reply)
Disable the 5 star rating / review mechanism with a toggle
Add an email for CCing in all comment notifications to the admin
Change the name shown when you comment as store owner (eg. change it to "Owner of Store Name"
