Is there a free trial?

Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan needs no trial at all: every feature is free for your first 25 comments, with no credit card.

How is billing handled?

Through Shopify. Pro shows up on your Shopify bill with your other apps. There are no separate invoices.

Are there comment or post limits?

The Free plan covers your first 25 comments. Replies from you, spam and deleted comments do not count. After 25, your blog keeps collecting comments, but you can't read, reply to or moderate them in the app until you upgrade. If you require approval, those comments stay off your blog until then. Pro has no limits.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel Pro from inside Shopify, or uninstall the app. You are not billed again.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Pro is $200 a year, which is two months free compared to paying monthly.

I already pay for the app. Does my price change?

No. Current subscribers keep the price they signed up at.

Discounts for non-profits or small stores?

Start on the Free plan. If price is still a problem, email us. We're a small team and we read every email.
